Your patron is a spirit of death, forcibly bringing those that have cheated death to their final destination. You are their agent, perhaps offered this power as a means to cheat death yourself. The powers granted to you by your patron allow you to excel at tracking down and exterminating all creatures that dare to break the natural order of life and death.

The Reaper lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Spell Level Spells
1st guiding bolt, longstrider
2nd augury, silence
3rd daylight, phantom steed
4th freedom of movement, locate creature
5th mislead, scrying

At 1st level, you can use an action to know which living creatures that you can see within 120 feet have previously died and returned to life at some point. Upon identifying such creatures and as part of the same action, you may mark them and one additional creature (which need not have died previously in its life). For one hour, you add +1 to any attack rolls made against creatures you have marked in this manner, and you also have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks made to spot them. Undead creatures and constructs are not living so they do not become marked by this feature.

Starting at 6th level, you are difficult to put down. If you are reduced to 0 hit points, you are not knocked unconscious and can continue to make actions as normal. You are still considered to be dying, and you still make death saving throws as usual. Taking damage also still counts as failing a death saving throw. If you succeed all three saving throws you regain 1 hit point instead of stabilizing.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Starting at 10th level, you can alter the fate of those you are hunting. When a creature you can see within 60 feet of you succeeds on a saving throw, as a reaction you can choose to instead have them fail the saving throw.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

You feed off the energy of a dying creature to tactically reposition yourself in battle. Starting at 14th level, when a creature within 60 feet of you is killed or reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction or bonus action to teleport to an empty spot within 60 feet of you. You also become invisible until the start of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
